What each check returned
This is the checks' own wording on the initial draft. "LoL" is the record's shorthand for limitation of liability. On the proposed edits, neither check returned anything.
Notice delivery link · severity medium
"Section imposes a notice obligation but does not cross-reference the notice mechanics section." Suggested action: "Add a cross-reference to the Notices article or align delivery method with the notice section."
Liability cap and indemnity · severity low
"Indemnification mentioned in LoL section without explicit carveout language." Suggested action: "Verify indemnity is carved out of the cap or subject to it explicitly."
Limits
- No finding means only that these two narrow checks found nothing. It doesn't establish legal sufficiency, timely notice, coverage, enforceability, actual liability or approval to release.
- These are two component checks, not the full application or its release process.
- No database, private legal library, formal engine, live incident or real agreement was used.
- The 24-hour period, the dollar limits and the edits are illustration values, not recommended terms or positions. The excerpts aren't a complete agreement.
- This page is a purpose-built replay of the saved results, not the Interleaf interface.
- A small run of the focused tests showed an existing configuration warning because optional plugin loading was off. The selected tests passed.
